Last night, MDC celebrated the academic success, persistence and college enrollment of 1st generation seniors from the Bethel, Franklin Pierce and Tacoma school districts. Among the highlights of the evening, Neon Frazer-Green (Mt. Tahoma) and Nhu-Thuy Pham (Foss) were awarded CAP (College Access Program) scholarships from the Washington State Fair Foundation. MDC is committed to educational programs that help students from low-income, first-generation families to graduate from high school and prepare for college.
