Youth Education

High school are hard enough without the pressure of planning for the future. MDC helps low-income, first-generation students graduate high school and enroll in college. Through specialized programs, students in grades 6-12 learn the skills they need in order to access opportunities that allow for their growth and achievement.

Imagine a world where your future is clearer

MDC offers a mentorship program that helps young learners plan for life beyond high school.

The Upward Bound program counsels high school students through college applications, financial aid, and career opportunities.

This program is funded through the Federal TriO program designed to motivate and support students experiencing disadvantages.
